Replacement and return of quality goods
If the buyer does not like the product, its colour, size, or model, the buyer has the right to exchange or return the product within 14 calendar days.
If the buyer returns a good-quality product, does not collect the goods from the post office or fails to deliver them due to the buyer's fault, such goods shall be returned to the seller and the buyer shall be refunded the money paid for the goods, less the delivery charge.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are on the list of non-returnable goods (e.g., socks, underwear). Also, those goods that have been specially made to the customer's requirements or customised.

When returning goods by registered post, please fill in the return form beforehand. The returned goods must be in the original, neat and tidy packaging and in the same condition as when you bought them. Returned goods must be securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
Deliver the returned product to UAB "Baltic Ambition", Ukmergės g. 364, LT-14188, Vilnius, Lithuania. The customer pays for the shipping service. If the customer wants to get a refund for the returned product, we will refund the money within 14 calendar days. If the customer wishes to exchange the returned product for another one, we will send it within 1-2 working days.
Product warranty and return of faulty goods
Where there is no warranty period for the quality of the goods, the consumer may bring a claim for defective goods within a reasonable period, but no later than two years from the date of sale. If the seller's or the manufacturer's warranty period is less than 2 years, the consumer has the right to bring a claim for defective goods within the warranty period. Where the warranty period is longer than 2 years, claims for defects in the goods may be brought within the warranty period.
Baltic Ambition UAB undertakes to refund the money paid for goods of unsatisfactory quality if the unsatisfactory quality of the goods is manifested by a manufacturing defect or non-conformity with the manufacturer's specification. Any customer who has received goods of defective quality must contact us using the contact details provided. We will replace the product with a new one of the same type or offer an equivalent product. If the customer does not accept the equivalent product, the money will be refunded by transferring it to the bank account from which the payment was made. For goods of unsatisfactory quality, a refund will be given, both for the goods and for the delivery costs.
In the event of receiving a product that is not the one ordered by the customer, please inform us immediately by email: info@tibino.co.uk. We undertake to replace the product as soon as possible with a suitable one and to pay all shipping costs or, at the customer's request, to refund the money within 14 days.
