- What are the delivery methods in your online store?

- How long will the delivery take?
The delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method. When placing an order and choosing a delivery method, the delivery term is indicated next to each option. More information: Delivery.
- Are shipments delivered nationwide?
We deliver ordered goods nationwide.
- I live abroad but want to order your products. What should I do?
We can deliver our products to any country in the world. When filling out the order form, choose the desired delivery country as the payer's address. If you cannot generate the order, please contact us using the contacts provided in the online store: Our contacts.
- What are the possible payment methods?
You can pay for goods in various ways. More detailed payment information can be found by clicking on the link: Payment methods.
- I want to cancel the order I placed. How do I do that?
Please contact us using these contacts: Our contacts. We will cancel the order if it has not yet been produced and handed over to the courier. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been handed over.
- What should I do if I receive a defective item?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately using the contacts provided by email: Our contacts. Please indicate your order number. If the damage/defect is visible, include a photo of the item.
- What should I do if I do not receive my order?
After placing an order, a shipment label is created for you, and the order is sent for production. A shipment tracking number is sent to the customer. If you do not see any movement of the shipment the day after receiving the message, we suggest contacting the courier service directly or writing to us using the contacts provided in the online store: Our contacts.
- I do not receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
The order confirmation is generated and sent to your specified email automatically immediately after the order is placed (without payment). The confirmation may not be received due to an incorrectly entered email address or, in rare cases, due to email server settings; the email may be directed to the "spam" or "junk" folders. If you did not receive the confirmation, please contact us using the contacts provided in the online store: Our contacts.
- How can I get an invoice for the ordered goods?
When placing an order, check "Invoice required" and you will receive it by email provided in the order form. If you did not do this, please contact us using the contacts provided in the online store: Our contacts.
- Is it possible to pay for the goods by one person but deliver them to another?
Yes, you can change the recipient in the "Delivery address" section.
- I want to return the goods. How can I do that?
You can return goods that were not specially made according to the customer's requirements or individually customized but did not fit due to color, size, or model. More information about return possibilities can be found here: Warranty and returns.
